Shipping & returns

Orders can be shipped directly to your home, or shipped to our clinic, within 1-3 business days. There are no deliveries on weekends or holidays.

Orders shipped to Erin Ridge Veterinary Centre are expected to be picked up as soon as possible, as we do not have a storage area.

Orders to home are sent through Purolator, and do not require signature upon delivery. 

Erin Ridge Veterinary Centre is not responsible for orders stolen, frozen, melted, wet, or otherwise compromised when shipped to home. You may use a business address to ensure someone is there to receive the order.

All sales final.  We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged, or due to palatability issues.

Items returned to the clinic in undamaged, original packaging within 7 days of order date will receive a full refund.  Items returned after 7 days will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
